Meeting & Minutes
Regularly scheduled Board of Directors (BOD) meetings are held during the year where any graduate student may attend, but a non-TGSA member cannot vote. Graduate students who wish to bring a matter to the Board’s attention are requested to contact our VP Student Affairs 7 days in advance of the meeting, so your issues may be added to the agenda. The Board follows the Robert’s Rules of Order, which provides widely accepted guidelines for conducting meetings. Our Fall term BOD meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month via Zoom.
Executive meetings are private, but a graduate student with a report or issue that they like to discuss with the Executive, may be asked to attend. Please email our VP Student Affairs if you are interested in attending any of our meetings or if you like to review meeting minutes from previous years.
