Activating Your myTrent Account

Your myTrent account is your lifeline to Trent University. Within your account you will be able to access your student email account, academic records, financial services, the Blackboard learning and teaching system, your free Office 365 account, and more. To activate your account, you must first fill out the New User Activation Form with your personal email address and 7-digit student ID* (7-digit number). Be sure to activate your myTrent account as soon as possible to ensure you receive important information related to your studies and applicable Graduate Teaching Assistantship. Trent IT provides general guidance about activating your student accounts, connecting to Eduroam (wifi) on campus, Office 365, and Blackboard under New Student Resources, or you can direct your questions to the Service Desk at 705-748-1010.
