Information Technology (IT)
The Trent IT Department assists students, staff, faculty, and community members with technology related concerns. The IT Department delivers its services in three forms:
Online Support
To submit a ticket for IT related to accounts & access, general classroom issues, Blackboard, Wi-Fi & Reznet, computing & printing, Office 365, and information systems & security you may do so through your myTrent account by following: Services > IT Services > Service Hub.
Telephone Support
General Inquiries: The IT Service Desk is open Monday to Friday from 8:00AM to 4:30PM and can be reached at 705-748-1010.
Classroom Emergency: If you are experiencing technical difficulties in a classroom or laboratory setting you can call IT at 705-748-1010 and select option 4.
Durham Thornton Campus Library: If you are unable to use your own device to contact the IT Service Desk there is a phone located in the Trent Durham campus library you may use to do so.
In-Person Support
Peterborough Campus (Bata Library, 2nd Floor)
Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Note: The Summer Term Hours for in-person service is Monday to Friday from 8:30AM to 4:30PM.
Durham Thornton Campus (Room A119)
