Room Bookings

Students can request to book classroom spaces on a first-come-first-serve basis with academic bookings receiving priority. General inquiries about room bookings should be directed to [email protected], however specific questions about a particular space can be sent to the appropriate contact found on the Room Bookings Portal.

Graduate students also have access to a number of bookable spaces. Small study rooms can be booked through the Trent Library Room Bookings page. Graduate students are also able to request the use of a private study carrel through their myTrent account under: Academics > Forms > Graduate Study Carrel Request. The fourth (4th) floor of Bata Library also offers a private study room exclusively for graduate students.
