Welcome to Peterborough!

Settling into a new city can be terrifying and exciting at the same time. No matter how long you are here for, there’s a lot to discover. And once you venture out and find the places you love, it won’t seem so terrifying anymore.  We’re going to do our best to help make this city feel like home.

To help get you started, some returning graduate students have shared a few of their favourite spots in the city. Whichever end of Peterborough you find yourself in, you will find some familiar places and some unique spots that can only be found here.

Consider these suggestions and use the directory at the bottom for locations and phone numbers for our favourites. For the more adventurous folks, check out the links below the directory for suggested itineraries and sightseeing tours offered in the Kawarthas.
