These bylaws govern how the TGSA operates as a not-for-profit incorporated association. Changes can be made twice a year with approval of our graduate student membership at our General Meetings which are in the Fall (October/November) and the Spring (March/April).
The latest change to the bylaws, now a bylaws and policies document, was approved by the general membership in April 2016. You can find the updated bylaws below.
